By creating an account or using Construction CEO OS ("the platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Construction CEO OS is a construction business management platform offering labour, material, finance, safety, and equipment tracking, along with AI-powered insights and predictions to help you run your construction business.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the platform (labour records, material stock, financial entries, safety incidents, etc.). The platform's dashboards, scores, and AI predictions are only as accurate as the data entered and should be used as decision-support tools, not as a substitute for your own judgment.
Features such as the AI Assistant, Decision Engine, and Prediction Engine generate suggestions and forecasts based on the data available. These are estimates, not guarantees, and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for financial, safety, or business-critical decisions.
You agree not to misuse the platform — including attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or company data, disrupting the service, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose.
We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or issues outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to business losses, data loss, or decisions made based on the platform's outputs.
You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the platform or other users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
